目的 探讨灯盏细辛注射液的抗氧化作用 .方法 对比50例门诊患者(存在胸闷、胸痛、头晕、肢体麻木、言语謇涩、中风偏瘫等症状)接受灯盏细辛注射液治疗前后血浆中的丙二醛,髓过氧化物酶和还原型谷胱甘肽浓度的差异.结果 患者静脉滴注灯盏细辛注射液治疗90 min后,血浆丙二醛、髓过氧化物酶明显降低[(1.2 ± 0.3)μmol/L 比(1.5 ± 0.3)μmol/L,P=0.023 5;(200± 48) μg/L 比(223 ±43) μg/L,P=0.013 2],还原型谷胱甘肽浓度升高[(4.3 ± 2.7) μmol/L 比(3.4 ± 1.7) μmol/L,P=0.048 9].结论 灯盏细辛注射液可抑制体内氧自由基,升高还原物质含量,发挥抗氧化作用.

목적 탐토등잔세신주사액적항양화작용 .방법 대비50례문진환자(존재흉민、흉통、두훈、지체마목、언어건삽、중풍편탄등증상)접수등잔세신주사액치료전후혈장중적병이철,수과양화물매화환원형곡광감태농도적차이.결과 환자정맥적주등잔세신주사액치료90 min후,혈장병이철、수과양화물매명현강저[(1.2 ± 0.3)μmol/L 비(1.5 ± 0.3)μmol/L,P=0.023 5;(200± 48) μg/L 비(223 ±43) μg/L,P=0.013 2],환원형곡광감태농도승고[(4.3 ± 2.7) μmol/L 비(3.4 ± 1.7) μmol/L,P=0.048 9].결론 등잔세신주사액가억제체내양자유기,승고환원물질함량,발휘항양화작용.
Objective To discuss the antioxidant effect of Dengzhanxinxi injection.Methods This study included 50 outpatients who had chest pain,dizziness,numbness,speech Jian astringent,stroke,paralysis and other symptoms before having fleabane injection treatment.Plasma malondialdehyde,medullary peroxidase (MPO)and reduced glutathione (GSH) concentration were detected.Results After treatment of Dengzhanxinxi injection,plasma malondialdehyde decreased [(1.2 ± 0.3) μmol/L vs (1.5 ± 0.3) μmol/L,P =0.023 5] ; MPO concentration decreased [(200 ±48)μg/L vs (223 ±43)μg/L,P =0.013 2]; the GSH concentrationicreased[(4.3 ±2.7)μmol/L vs (3.4 ±1.7)μmol/L,P=0.048 9].Conclusion Dengzhanxinxi can inhibit oxygen free radicals.
