针对宁夏银星煤矿所用ZY7600/20/43 D型液压支架护帮装置结构件经常出现损坏的情况,从护帮结构、焊缝型式及焊接效果入手,建立了护帮及连杆三维模型,引用ANSYS软件进行了应力分析,找出受应力最大位置,得出护帮结构损坏原因。
針對寧夏銀星煤礦所用ZY7600/20/43 D型液壓支架護幫裝置結構件經常齣現損壞的情況,從護幫結構、銲縫型式及銲接效果入手,建立瞭護幫及連桿三維模型,引用ANSYS軟件進行瞭應力分析,找齣受應力最大位置,得齣護幫結構損壞原因。

In order to solve the problem that structural parts of coal-wall supporting plate of ZY7600/23/45D frequently damaged, coal-wall supporting plate and four-bar linkage model were set up.Applying ANSYS finite element software , stress analysis was made.Stress distribution result showed maximum stress location and failure cause of coal -wall supporting structure was obtained.
