通过对鄂尔多斯神东煤炭集团煤层厚度在7m以上的柳塔矿12108综放工作面进行现场试验研究,分析了特厚煤层综放开采技术条件下,不同放煤工艺对采放比、顶煤回收率、工作面推进速度以及回采工效的影响。研究表明采用综放开采后,顶板安全系数增加、初期投资降低、采出率提高,可实现安全、高产、高效、高采出率的生产目标。为相近条件下煤层进行安全高效综放开采提供了合理的理论依据。

By underground test in 12108 Full-mechanized Caving Mining Face with 7m thick coal-seam in Liuta Colliery of Shendong Coal Corporation, the influence of different top-coal caving techniques on minig-to-caving ratio, top-coal recovery ratio, mining speed and efficiency was analyzed.Results showed that after applying full-mechanized caving mining method , roof safe factor increased , ini-tial investment decreased and recovery ratio added , could realize the goal of safe , high-production , high-efficiency and high mining ra-tio, which provided rational theoretical basis for mining similar coal-seam.
