目的探讨宫颈微波术联合宫颈炎康栓治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效.方法收集2012年1月至2013年1月经门诊确诊的248例宫颈糜烂患者作为研究对象,随机对其中109名患者行单纯宫颈微波术治疗(对照组),对其余139名患者行宫颈微波术联合宫颈炎康栓治疗(观察组).观察两组治疗效果及不良反应.结果 8周后复查,单纯微波治疗组和联合治疗组患者治愈率分别为93.58％、94.24％,两组的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；但联合治疗组术后阴道排液时间、出血量及创面感染均明显少于单纯治疗组(P＜0.05).结论宫颈微波术联合宫颈炎康栓治疗宫颈糜烂可减少不良反应,值得在临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of microwave combined with Gong Jin Yan Kang suppository in treatment of cervical erosion.Methods 109 women with cervical erosion received microwave treatment (control group),and 139 women with cervical erosion were treated with Gong Jin Yan Kang suppository combined with microwave (case group).Results The curative ratio in control (93.58％) was not significantly different from that in case (94.24％) 8 weeks after the treatments,(x 2=0.048,P=0.827); and the method in the case group significantly reduced the amount of vaginal discharge,decreased the amount of bleeding and the infection compared to that of the control group after 8 weeks of the treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Microwave is an effective method to cure cervical erosion,and the better efficacies were confirmed by treatment with microwave combined with Gong Jin Yan Kang suppository in cervical erosion.
