Based on the analysis of college sports industry development tendency and the trends of sports industry education and talents demand situation, it is pointed out that the sports industry personnel structure has many problems. Personnel training of China "s sports industry higher education has been analyzed and discussed. After fully examining the sports industry in the education market, a specific training program of the sports industry talents is proposed.
