本文利用GIS技术及相关理论，构建内蒙古自治区生态环境质量状况的基本数据库，结合专家咨询和主成分分析法确定的各评价指标权重系数，建立内蒙古自治区生态环境质量状况评价模型，通过模型的空间叠加分析得到综合评价结果。这与研究区域各地的自然条件、气候因素、资源开发与土地利用有较好的相关性，与实地考察和资料分析的结果也相吻合，说明评价模型是客观的，为研究区域的生态环境建设与规划提供了决策依据。

This text use GIS technology and the theory to build eeo - environmental quality of the basic database in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and combine expert advice analysis method to determine the weight of eacb evaluation factor with principle component, then To Establish a model of eco - environmental quality assessment. Through Spatial Overlay analysis of this model, it can get comprehensive evaluation results. The model is scientific objective that not only greatly relate this study area around the natural conditions, climate, resources development and utilization of a good con'elation, but also consist with the results of site visits and data analysis. So the study provide a good basic decision the making for the construction and planning of the ecological environment area.
