为了观察附洛优对临床分离所得的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门菌的体外抑菌效果,采用试管二倍稀释法测定该药对3种菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,试验中附洛优对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门菌的MIC值分别为156.3μg/ml,0.39μg/ml和1250μg/ml。
為瞭觀察附洛優對臨床分離所得的大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌和沙門菌的體外抑菌效果,採用試管二倍稀釋法測定該藥對3種菌株的最小抑菌濃度(MIC)。結果錶明,試驗中附洛優對大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌和沙門菌的MIC值分彆為156.3μg/ml,0.39μg/ml和1250μg/ml。
위료관찰부락우대림상분리소득적대장간균、금황색포도구균화사문균적체외억균효과,채용시관이배희석법측정해약대3충균주적최소억균농도(MIC)。결과표명,시험중부락우대대장간균、금황색포도구균화사문균적MIC치분별위156.3μg/ml,0.39μg/ml화1250μg/ml。
In order to observe the inhibitory effect of macleaya cordatu injection against the clinical isolated strains of E. coli, Staphy-lococcus aureus and Salmonella in vitro,Tube dilution method was used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the three clinical isolated strains. Ultimately, the result suggested that macleaya cordatu injection had the MIC of the E. coli strains , Staphylococcus aureus strains and Salmonella strains were 156.3μg/ml, 0. 391μg/ml and 1 250μg/ml respectively.
