针对内蒙古农牧区畜牧业迅速发展过程中产生的奶牛粪便污染严重、农村环境恶化等问题,本研究拟将蚯蚓引入到堆肥体系中,以期利用蚯蚓降解代谢有机物的作用实现奶牛粪便资源再生利用。本文以内蒙古农业大学实验牧场奶牛粪便等为饵料,用日本”大平2号”蚯蚓进行堆肥实验,设计在不同环境因子条件(pH值、湿度、温度、接种密度和接种EM菌)下,分析研究蚯蚓的增重和繁殖情况,得出蚯蚓堆肥的最适pH为6~9,最适湿度为65%左右,最适温度范围为20~25℃,最适接种密度为250g奶牛粪便中接种8条蚯蚓,接种10%的EM菌液利于堆肥。实验结果应用于堆肥过程的优化控制及新型智能化堆肥反应器的研制。

To deal with the serious problems that Cows feces pollution, rural environmental degradation which emerging in the process of the rapid development of Animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia. This study intends to introduce earthworms to composting system , so as to use metabolic degradation of organic matter from earthworms to achieve the role of dairy manure resource regeneration. In thc study, we use dairy manure from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University experimental farm as food and Japan "Daping 2" earthworms to carry out the composting experiment Under different environmental factors (pH, humidity, temperature, inoculation density, density and inoculation of EM strains) , we analysis earthworms weight gain and reproduction. Results obtained showed that optimal pH of earthworm compost is 6 -9, the optimal humidity is at around 65% , the optimal temperature is 20℃ -25℃, the optimal inoculation density is 250g cow excrement vaccination with 8 earthworms, and Vaccination 10% of EM bacterium is benefit to compost. The experimental resuits applied to the optimization control during eomposting and the development of the new intelligent compost reactor.
