为研究景天属植物对高温的响应机制,试验对6种景天在45℃高温胁迫下的形态及生理变化进行了研究。结果表明:随着高温胁迫程度加重,6种景天出现了叶片卷曲、发黄、干枯脱落等症状,不同景天出现的先后和程度不同,反映了其耐热性差异。在整个胁迫过程中,叶片含水量变化不大;叶绿素含量降低;电导率和MDA含量上升,不同景天上升幅度不同。综合形态特征及生理变化,耐热性由强到弱的顺序为:黄花德景天〉八宝景天〉早花德景天〉卧茎景天〉红花德景天〉红叶景天。
為研究景天屬植物對高溫的響應機製,試驗對6種景天在45℃高溫脅迫下的形態及生理變化進行瞭研究。結果錶明:隨著高溫脅迫程度加重,6種景天齣現瞭葉片捲麯、髮黃、榦枯脫落等癥狀,不同景天齣現的先後和程度不同,反映瞭其耐熱性差異。在整箇脅迫過程中,葉片含水量變化不大;葉綠素含量降低;電導率和MDA含量上升,不同景天上升幅度不同。綜閤形態特徵及生理變化,耐熱性由彊到弱的順序為:黃花德景天〉八寶景天〉早花德景天〉臥莖景天〉紅花德景天〉紅葉景天。
위연구경천속식물대고온적향응궤제,시험대6충경천재45℃고온협박하적형태급생리변화진행료연구。결과표명:수착고온협박정도가중,6충경천출현료협편권곡、발황、간고탈락등증상,불동경천출현적선후화정도불동,반영료기내열성차이。재정개협박과정중,협편함수량변화불대;협록소함량강저;전도솔화MDA함량상승,불동경천상승폭도불동。종합형태특정급생리변화,내열성유강도약적순서위:황화덕경천〉팔보경천〉조화덕경천〉와경경천〉홍화덕경천〉홍협경천。
External morphology and physiological changes were studied under 45℃ high temperature stress to study the response in six sedum. Plants. The results showed that: with serious level of heat stress, leaves of six Sedum. appeared curl,turned yellow, dried off and other symptoms. And different Sedum. had different degrees at different times. These expressions reflected their different heat tolerance. Throughout the stress process, little changes in relative water content, and ehlorophyll contents reduced. Conductivity and MDA contents increased, and different Sedum. had distinct rate of increase. According to morphologieal characteristics and physiological changes, the results indieated that the order of heat resistance in six plants was:S, hybridum 〉 Sedum spectabile 〉 S. hybridum 〉 Sedum sarmentosum Bunge 〉 S. hybridum'Immergrunchell'〉 Sedum spurium.
