血液是鱼类动物体内一种极其重要的组织,与营养状况、机体代谢及疾病有着密切的关联,也承担着体内运输、防御、免疫、体液调节及维持内环境相对稳定的功能。当鱼体受到外界因子影响而发生病理或生理变化时,也必定会在血液指标中反映出来。因而,鱼类的血液指标被广泛地用来评价鱼类的营养状况、健康状况以及对环境的适应状况,是重要的生理、病毒和病理学指标,可为鱼病诊断、环境监测及遗传育种、疾病防治等提供一定的生物学参考,进而为瓦氏雅罗鱼耐盐碱机理的研究提供理论依据。本文测定了达里诺尔湖和岗更湖瓦氏雅罗鱼血液生理指标。结果表明:达里诺尔湖瓦氏雅罗鱼的红细胞数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、红细胞平均体积、白细胞数、血栓细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞等生理指标与生活在岗更湖中的瓦氏雅罗鱼的生理指标存在极显著的差异(P〈0.01)。
血液是魚類動物體內一種極其重要的組織,與營養狀況、機體代謝及疾病有著密切的關聯,也承擔著體內運輸、防禦、免疫、體液調節及維持內環境相對穩定的功能。噹魚體受到外界因子影響而髮生病理或生理變化時,也必定會在血液指標中反映齣來。因而,魚類的血液指標被廣汎地用來評價魚類的營養狀況、健康狀況以及對環境的適應狀況,是重要的生理、病毒和病理學指標,可為魚病診斷、環境鑑測及遺傳育種、疾病防治等提供一定的生物學參攷,進而為瓦氏雅囉魚耐鹽堿機理的研究提供理論依據。本文測定瞭達裏諾爾湖和崗更湖瓦氏雅囉魚血液生理指標。結果錶明:達裏諾爾湖瓦氏雅囉魚的紅細胞數、血紅蛋白、紅細胞壓積、紅細胞平均體積、白細胞數、血栓細胞、中性粒細胞、嗜痠性粒細胞等生理指標與生活在崗更湖中的瓦氏雅囉魚的生理指標存在極顯著的差異(P〈0.01)。

Summary: Fish is blood an extremely important organization, and nutritional status, metabolism and disease are closely related, but also bear the body, transportation, defense, immunity, humoral regulation and maintenance of relatively stable internal environment functions. When the fish by external factors influence the occurrence of pathological or physiological changes, it would certainly be reflected in the blood parameters. Thus, the blood parameters of fish is widely used to evaluate the fish's nutritional status, health and the environment to adapt to conditions, is an important physical, viruses and pathology indicators for fish disease diagnosis, environmental monitoring and genetic breeding , disease prevention and control to provide a biological reference and then for the Valsalva mechanism of salinity Leuciseus provide a theoretical basis. This measured Dalinuoer Lake and ganggeng lake Valsalva Jarraud fish blood physiological parameters. The results showed that: Dalinuoer Lake Valsalva Leuciscus number of red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, white blood cell count, blood clots cells, neutrophils, eosinophils and other physiological and life in the ganggeng lake the Valsalva Leuciscus physiological indicators there are significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ).
