新型应用型本科院校创新创业教育体系的构建必须基于“以人为本”的现代教育理念，体现“学”与“习”的有机结合。因此，创新创业教育必须融入专业教育的全过程，并结合教学研究与改革，通过校内外实训基地、政产学研的合作为学生提供多种有效的创新创业实践服务平台，从而不断探索体现新型应用型本科院校特色的人才培养模式。
新型應用型本科院校創新創業教育體繫的構建必鬚基于“以人為本”的現代教育理唸，體現“學”與“習”的有機結閤。因此，創新創業教育必鬚融入專業教育的全過程，併結閤教學研究與改革，通過校內外實訓基地、政產學研的閤作為學生提供多種有效的創新創業實踐服務平檯，從而不斷探索體現新型應用型本科院校特色的人纔培養模式。
신형응용형본과원교창신창업교육체계적구건필수기우“이인위본”적현대교육이념，체현“학”여“습”적유궤결합。인차，창신창업교육필수융입전업교육적전과정，병결합교학연구여개혁，통과교내외실훈기지、정산학연적합작위학생제공다충유효적창신창업실천복무평태，종이불단탐색체현신형응용형본과원교특색적인재배양모식。
The construction of the educational system of innovation and entrepreneurship for the application-oriented colleges must be based on the modern educational "people-oriented" concept, reflecting the combination of learning and acquisition. Therefore, the innovation and entrepreneurship education have to be embedded in the whole process of education. In combina- tion with the teaching research and reform, through the internal and external training bases and the political, industrial, academic and research cooperation, it's important to supply stu- dents with various and effective innovation and entrepreneur services, and thus, to explore the talent training model characteristic of the application-oriented colleges.
