采取热活化、机械活化、化学活化、晶种活化等复合激发措施充分激发煤矸石潜在的火山灰反应活性,进而选取物化性能符合要求且价格低廉的辅助材料(主要是石灰和石膏)进行正交实验,配制了以煤矸石作为主要原材料的注浆材料。并研究了浆材的水化机理及其各种基本物理力学性能指标,通过对其工作性及耐久性进行试验,发现其具有较好的胶凝性质及抗渗性能,符合现时通用的注浆材料检验标准,可以用作隧道侵限加固材料。
