目的探讨压脉带联合缩宫素治疗前置胎盘出血的应用效果.方法选择前置胎盘出血患者130例,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,采用环绕宫颈下端扎紧压脉带(即两侧漏斗韧带下方),迅速娩出子宫于腹腔外,制止出血.观察两组止血时间、手术时间、术中出血量、输血量、输血人数.结果对照组平均止血时间及手术时间显著高于观察组(t =5.72、13.27,均P＜0.05),术中出血量、输血量显著高于观察组(t=14.37、10.45,均P＜0.05),输血人数显著高于观察组(x2=15.93,P＜0.05).无一例死亡病例.结论在前置胎盘剖宫产术中应用压脉带可迅速有效减少术中出血,且操作方便.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of pressure pulse band in placenta previa cesarean section hemorrhage.Methods 130 patients with placenta previa surgery bleeding were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment of oxytocin,and the observation group,on the basis of the control group,in cesarean section in placenta praevia fail to control bleeding and bleeding is excessive,may surround the cervix as possible by lower fastening pressure pulse band (i.e.both ligament below),rapid delivery of uterus in abdominal cavity,stop the bleeding.Results The average time to hemostasis and surgical time of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(t =5.72,13.27,P ＜ 0.05).The average blood loss,blood transfusion were significantly higher than those of the observation group (t =14.37,10.45,P ＜ 0.05).The number of transfusion was significantly higher than that of the observation group (x2 =15.93,P ＜ 0.05).There was no death case.Conclusion In placenta previa cesarean section,the application of pressure pulse band can be quickly and effectively reduce the bleeding during operation and easy to master.
