目的 探讨聚氯乙烯(PVC)贴胶厂接触职业病危害因素对作业工人健康的影响程度.方法 选择佛山市三水区某PVC贴胶厂的接触职业病危害因素的76名工人为接触组,以非接触职业病危害因素的25名工人为对照组,进行职业健康检查,并对工作场所1-2二氯乙烷浓度进行测定.结果 1-2二氯乙烷短时间接触容许浓度(PC-STEL)超标率41.67%,超标最高的达24.1倍;噪声强度超标率41.67%,最高超过国家职业接触限值15.5 dB(A);甲苯PC-STEL均在职业接触限值范围内.1-2二氯乙烷中毒检出率2.63%(1/38),禁忌证检出率5.26%(2/38).噪声组听力损失检出率(57.41%)明显高于对照组(12.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);听力损失检出率随接触噪声工龄的增加而升高(P< 0.05).噪声作业禁忌证检出率3.70%(1/27).甲苯作业工人血常规异常率10.53%(4/38).结论 PVC贴胶厂1-2二氯乙烷、甲苯、噪声对作业工人健康危害较大,应加强预防控制工作.

Objective To study the effect of exposure to occupation hazards on health in workers at a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) paste glue plant.Methods 76 workers exposing to occupation hazards at a PVC paste glue plant in Sanshui area were assigned to exposure group; 25 workers who did not expose to the hazards were assigned to control group.A survey on occupational health was conducted.The concentration of 1,2-dichloroethane in the workplace was detected.Results The occupational exposure limits (OELs)rate of permissible concentration-short term exposure limit (PC-STEL) for 1,2-dicholorethane was 41.67%.The OELs rate for noise intensity was 41.67%.The PC-STEL of toluene ranged in the OELs.The detection rate of 1,2-dicholorethane poisoning was 2.63% (1/38),and the incidence of occupational contraindication exposed to 1,2-dicholorethane was 5.26% (2/38).The incidence rate of hearing loss was significantly higher in the noise-exposure group than in control group (57.41% vs.12.50%,P< 0.001).The detection rate of hearing loss increased as the length of service prolonged (P< 0.05).The detection rate of occupational contraindication exposed to noise was 3.70% (1/27).The rate of abnormal routine blood test was 10.53% (4/38).Conclusions Prevention measures should be strengthened to control the levels of 1-2 dicholorethane,toluene,and noise,which are harmful to workers at PVC paste glue plants.
