　　目的探讨慢性前列腺炎不育患者与慢性前列腺炎已生育患者血清抗精子抗体(AsAb)和精液参数的变化及其对生育的影响。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对CP已生育者30例和CP不育者42例血清AsAb进行测定，用WLJY－9000全自动精液分析仪对两组精液常规检查，比较两组之间血清AsAb与精液相关参数的变化。结果慢性前列腺炎不育组患者血清AsAb阳性率显著高于慢性前列腺炎已生育组患者(χ2＝5.283，P＝0.022)；与慢性前列腺炎已生育组相比较，慢性前列腺炎不育组精子活率、精子活力a级(快速前向运动)和a+b级(快速前向运动+慢速前向运动)、路径速度(VAP)、直线速度(VSL)、曲线速度(VCL)、侧摆幅度(ALH)均显著降低(P<0.05)，而精子畸形率显著升高，精液量、pH值、液化时间、精子密度、平均移动角度(MAD)、鞭打频率(BCF)、前向性(STR)、直线性(LIN)、摆动性(WOB)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性前列腺炎不育患者AsAb阳性率高于慢性前列腺炎已生育患者，二者之间精液部分主要参数也有差异(P＜0.05)。
　　목적탐토만성전렬선염불육환자여만성전렬선염이생육환자혈청항정자항체(AsAb)화정액삼수적변화급기대생육적영향。방법용매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)대CP이생육자30례화CP불육자42례혈청AsAb진행측정，용WLJY－9000전자동정액분석의대량조정액상규검사，비교량조지간혈청AsAb여정액상관삼수적변화。결과만성전렬선염불육조환자혈청AsAb양성솔현저고우만성전렬선염이생육조환자(χ2＝5.283，P＝0.022)；여만성전렬선염이생육조상비교，만성전렬선염불육조정자활솔、정자활력a급(쾌속전향운동)화a+b급(쾌속전향운동+만속전향운동)、로경속도(VAP)、직선속도(VSL)、곡선속도(VCL)、측파폭도(ALH)균현저강저(P<0.05)，이정자기형솔현저승고，정액량、pH치、액화시간、정자밀도、평균이동각도(MAD)、편타빈솔(BCF)、전향성(STR)、직선성(LIN)、파동성(WOB)차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론만성전렬선염불육환자AsAb양성솔고우만성전렬선염이생육환자，이자지간정액부분주요삼수야유차이(P＜0.05)。
Objective To explore the changes of serum antisperm antibody and sperm parameters between the infertilities with chronic prostatitis and the fertilities with chronic prostaties and their influence on the male fertile status. Methods Enzyme linked immunsorbent assay(ELISA) was used to test AsAb in serum of 30 fertilities with chronic prostatitis and 42 infertilities with chronic prostatitis.Routine examination was made for the sperm in two groups by Beijing WLJY-9000 auto-sperm analyzer to campare the changes of AsAb and sperm parameters. Results The positive rate of AsAb in the infertilities with chronic prostatitis was significantly higher than that in the fertilities with chronic prostatitis(χ2=5.283,P=0.022).The activity percentage of sperm,the activity a grade and (a+b) grade of sperm,VAP,VSL,VCL and ALH in CP fertile group were obviously lower than those of CP infertile group(P<0.05),but abnormality morphology percentage of sperm of CP fertile group was remarkably higer than those of CP infertile group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the volume of sperm,PH value,the time of liquefaction,sperm density,MAD,BCF,STR,LIN and WOB between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion There were significant difference in the positive rate of AsAb and sperm parameters between the infertilities with chronic prostatitis and the fertilities with chronic prostaties,which indicate that CP can affect the quality of serum and male fertility through various factors.
