太钢能源动力总厂二电系统4#~10#锅炉定排扩容器的排汽排空运行,热量和工质都造成了一定程度的损失,为此计划采用换热器对这部分能源进行回收。结合3#汽轮机高压加热器已退出使用的情况,通过对定排扩容器排汽的热量及高压加热器的换热量进行计算对比,确认采用该加热器的可行性,并拟定对定排系统的改造方案,使二电锅炉排污的乏汽能够再次利用,能源浪费的现象得以解决。

The periodic blowdown expansion tanks of the secondary power system of Taiyuan Steel discharged to the atmosphere resulting in some loss of heat as well as opera-tion quality, so the plant planned to use heat exchanges to recover the discharged energy. Considering the high-pressure heater of No.3 steam turbine had been withdrawn and through calculation and comparison of the heat from the discharged steam of the expansion tanks and the heat transfer of the high-pressure heater, the feasibility of adopting the heater was deter-mined and the modification program for the periodic blowdown system was drawn up. As a result, exhaust steam has been recovered from the boiler blowdown and energy been saved at the secondary power plant of Taiyuan Steel.
