目的强调分泌性中耳炎从肺论治的重要性。方法分析肺脏通调水道的机理，阐述水通道蛋白在该病中的发病机制。结果肺脏通调水道与水通道蛋白的功用是相通的。结论可以认为宣肺通窍治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果明显，宣肺通窍可调节水通道蛋白在中耳的表达，但需要试验印证。
목적강조분비성중이염종폐론치적중요성。방법분석폐장통조수도적궤리，천술수통도단백재해병중적발병궤제。결과폐장통조수도여수통도단백적공용시상통적。결론가이인위선폐통규치료분비성중이염적효과명현，선폐통규가조절수통도단백재중이적표체，단수요시험인증。
Objective Treatment of otitis media with effusion from lung of TCM needs to be emphasized.Methods Analysis of lung passage mechanism,explain aquaporins in the pathogenesis of the disease.Results Lung function of water passage and the function of aquaporins are interlinked.Conclusion Xuanfeitongqiao treatment of secretory otitis media is good curative measure,it can adjust the aquaporins in the middle ear,but need to be conifrmed by experiment.
