以平行凸轮分度装置中输入与输出轴的中心距和分度盘分度辊子数为主要驱动参数，定义了与装置设计相关的所有尺寸的参数关系，并基于Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4.0以及其二次开发工具Program对上述装置做了如下研究工作：（1）以平行凸轮分度装置为研究对象，系统阐述了其工作原理、设计方法、运动形式以及结构形式；（2）以PRO/E作为三维造型平台建立零件和整体装置的三维模型，并对PROGRAM设计文件进行了编译，分步实现了零件以及整体装置的参数化设计和自动化三维建模。

This paper takes the parallel cam indexing device's center distance and the number of indexing roller as the known factor, and has defined all parameter’s relations which are related to the design of device. The following research work about the parallel cam indexing device has been done which is based on Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4.0 and its re-development tool called Program:first, taking the parallel cam indexing device as the study object, this paper systematically elaborates its working principle, design method, th e type of movement and its structure style. Second, taking Pro/E as the three-dimensional modeling tool, it has modeled the parts and the whole device’s models. After that it has realized parametric design of the parallel cam indexing device and the automatic three-dimensional modeling through modify the Program design documents.
