目的：测定驱白艾力勒思亚散中没食子酸的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，Pheomenex luna C18色谱柱（250（4.60mm，5μm）柱温35℃，流动相为甲醇-0.2％磷酸（5∶95）为流动相，检测波长为273nm，流速为1.0ml/min。结果：没食子酸在11.05～55.25μg/ml间呈良好的线性关系，r＝0.9994，平均回收率为105.15％，RSD为1.6％。结论：该方法具有操作简单，灵敏，准确的优点，分离效果显著，可用于余甘子的含量测定和本产品质量控制。

목적：측정구백애력륵사아산중몰식자산적함량。방법：채용고효액상색보법，Pheomenex luna C18색보주（250（4.60mm，5μm）주온35℃，류동상위갑순-0.2％린산（5∶95）위류동상，검측파장위273nm，류속위1.0ml/min。결과：몰식자산재11.05～55.25μg/ml간정량호적선성관계，r＝0.9994，평균회수솔위105.15％，RSD위1.6％。결론：해방법구유조작간단，령민，준학적우점，분리효과현저，가용우여감자적함량측정화본산품질량공제。
Objective To determinate the contents of pyrogallic acid in Qubai Aililesiya powder. Method An HPLC method was used and Pheomenex luna C18 was selected (250 ×4.60mm ×5micron),a column temperature was 35℃,methyl alcohol-0.2%Phos-phoric acid (5∶95)were mobile phase,the detecting wavelength and velocity were 273 nm and 1.0ml/min respectively.Results There were established a good linear relation between 1 1.05 ~55.25 μg/ml of pyrogallic acid,r=0.9994,the average recovery was 105.15%,RSD was 1.6 %.Conclusion The methods had the advantages of simple and easy operation,sensitive and accurate and exhibited a good separation effect.The methods were can be used to determination of contents and quality control of the fructus phyllanthi.
