研究了钴渣溶出液中添加氧化剂Na2 S2 O8,H2 O2和KMnO4氧化沉铁的效果,重点探讨了影响KMnO4氧化沉铁的因素。结果表明:3种氧化剂中KMnO4沉铁效果最好;采用KMnO4作氧化剂时,在n( KMnO4)/n( Fe2+)=1∶5,氧化温度为85℃,反应时间120 min,氧化后液pH值为4.5的条件下,KMnO4氧化沉铁率为96.79%,满足深度除铁要求。

The effect of iron precipitation from cobalt residue solution by oxidation with oxidants Na2 S2 O8 , H2 O2 and KMnO4 was investigated with an emphasis on the factors influencing iron oxidation precipitation by KMnO4 . The experiment results indicated that among three oxidants KMnO4 brought the best results. When KMnO4 was used as oxidizing agent, the iron precipitation rate was 96.79% under the conditions of n( KMnO4 )/n( Fe2+) at 1∶5, oxidation temperature of 85 ℃, reaction time of 120 min and post-oxidation solution at pH of 4. 5. Therefore, it meets the requirement of deep removal of iron.
