基于全三维雷诺时均N-S方程和标准k-ε两方程湍流模型,采用多重参考系模型(MRF)和壁面函数法,利用FLUENT软件对应用于中比转速冲压焊接多级离心泵的扭曲式叶轮、圆柱式叶轮和堵塞式叶轮进行内部流场的数值模拟,得到了三种叶轮的内部流动特征。结果表明:扭曲式叶轮具有抗气蚀性能强,无明显的分流层现象,较好的水力性能等特点,在三种叶片中最适宜采用扭曲式叶片,为中比转速冲压焊接多级泵的叶轮设计选型提供了依据。

The numerical simulation of the inner flow field in the stamping-welded multistage centrifugal pump is conducted with the use of FLUENT software. This calculation is based on the full three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and standard k-ε two equation turbulence model. Though the simulation, the internal flow characteristics of twist and cylindrical and clogging impellers are obtained. The results show that: the twist type impeller has no obvious stratification phenomenon and that it has better cavitation-resistant and hydraulic performance.The twist impeller is the most suitable type for medium specific speed stamping-welded multistage centrifugal pump.The numerical simulation provides a basis for the impeller design and model selection of medium specific speed stamping-welded multistage centrifugal pump.
