目的:对纸质食品包装材料中松香酸抽提方案进行优化。方法分别采用超声萃取法、微波萃取法、索氏萃取法、NaOH/尿素/硫脲混合碱溶液溶解-超声提取法对纸质食品包装材料中的松香酸进行提取,并对提取产物进行了高效液相色谱法分析,比较4种提取方法的提取效果,并对经4种提取方法提取后的样品进行了电子显微镜分析,观察提取后的样品中松香的残留情况。结果经混合碱溶液-超声提取法处理的样品,松香酸含量测定值明显高于其他三种方法。经超声萃取法、微波萃取法和索氏萃取法处理的样品中均残留有松香,而经混合碱溶液-超声提取法处理的样品中未观察到松香残留,与高效液相色谱分析的结果一致。结论 NaOH/尿素/硫脲混合碱溶液溶解-超声提取法可以完全提取样品中的松香酸。

목적:대지질식품포장재료중송향산추제방안진행우화。방법분별채용초성췌취법、미파췌취법、색씨췌취법、NaOH/뇨소/류뇨혼합감용액용해-초성제취법대지질식품포장재료중적송향산진행제취,병대제취산물진행료고효액상색보법분석,비교4충제취방법적제취효과,병대경4충제취방법제취후적양품진행료전자현미경분석,관찰제취후적양품중송향적잔류정황。결과경혼합감용액-초성제취법처리적양품,송향산함량측정치명현고우기타삼충방법。경초성췌취법、미파췌취법화색씨췌취법처리적양품중균잔류유송향,이경혼합감용액-초성제취법처리적양품중미관찰도송향잔류,여고효액상색보분석적결과일치。결론 NaOH/뇨소/류뇨혼합감용액용해-초성제취법가이완전제취양품중적송향산。
Objective To optimize the extraction method for abietic acid in paper packaging materials in-tended tocome into contact with foodstuffs.MethodsAbietic acid in paper packaging materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs were extracted by ultrasonic extraction technique, microwave-assisted ex-traction technique, Soxhet extraction technique and sodium hydroxide/urea/thiourea mixed solution-ultrasonic extraction technique, respectively. The extracts were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The extraction effects were compared. The extracted samples were all observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) in order to search residual rosin.Results The detected value of abietic acid obtained by sodium hydroxide/urea/thiourea mixed solution-ultrasonic extraction technique was much higher than those obtained by ultrasonic extraction technique, microwave-assisted extraction and Soxhet extraction technique. Residual rosin was observed in the samples treated by ultrasonic extraction technique, microwave-assisted ex-traction technique and Soxhet extraction technique but no residual abietic acid was observed in the sample treated by sodium hydroxide/urea/thiourea mixed solution-ultrasonic extraction technique. This result con-firmed the results of HPLC analysis.ConclusionAbietic acid in paper packaging materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs could be extracted completely by sodium hydroxide/urea/thiourea mixed solution -ultrasonic extraction technique.
