《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》根据形势的需要，从改进服务方面入手，完善和创新了关于24小时免办签证临时入境政策，扩大了过境免签适用范围。近阶段，上海出入境边防检查总站机场边检站处理了多起违反24小时免签证过境规定、超过临时入境手续规定的期限停留的违法违规人员。若不及时采取措施，对相关出入境政策、法律进行宣传，将不利于当前口岸秩序管理工作的顺利开展。因此，应严格落实政策，加大宣传力度，完善工作流程，促进信息共享，及时反馈情况。

In accordance with the international situation, the Chinese government has implemented the policy of 24 hours in the visa waiver program of exit-entry frontier inspection.
