在利用全站仪和棱镜觇牌进行精密定位和放样工作时，由于棱镜觇牌的倾斜会给水平角测量带来目标偏心误差，极大的影响了测量精度。通过理论分析得出了目标偏心误差的内在规律和消除削弱方法。

In the work of accurate positioning and setting out by total station and prism target ,target out -of -center would occur in horizontal angle surveying because of prism target leaning ,it effected the posi-tioning accuracy greatly .In this paper ,the rule and decreasing way of target out -of -center is offered by theoretical analysis .Experiment proved that the theoretical analysis in this paper is accurate ,the decrea-sing way is effectively and easy operation .
