为保证压力容器、压力管道安全,稳定地运行,检验机构必须做好压力容器、压力管道的安装监督检验与定期检验工作。然而现在的多数设备都带有覆盖层,为了对其进行厚度测量与表面、内部缺陷的检测就必须停机,拆除覆盖层,这样势必会带来不小的人力、物力的损耗与经济损失。本文介绍了几种比较先进的无损检测技术及其在带有覆盖层的压力容器、压力管道上的应用,如:脉冲涡流检测技术、声发射检测技术、红外热成像检测技术、超声导波检测技术等等,然而这些无损检测技术还并不是非常成熟,有些也未得到广泛的应用,存在着一些未解决的难题,但是其无可比拟的优点将使之成为无损检测行业发展的必然趋势,文中对上述的问题进行了阐述。

It is essential to wonderfully complete the work of supervision inspection and periodic inspection for inspection agency to ensure the safe and stable operation for pressure vessels and pressure pipelines. However most equipments are covered with coating nowadays, in order to measure thickness and inspect the surface and internal defects, the machines must be halted as well as the coating be removed,which will inevitably lead to great loss of manpower ,material resources and economy. Several new technologies of NDT and its application on pressure vessel and pressure pipeline with coating were discussed in this paper, such as Pulsed eddy current testing technology, acoustic emission test, infrared thermal imaging detection technology, X-ray real-time imaging detection technology, etc.While most of these are not so mature and have not been applied widely, some problems also remain unsovled, but its incomparable advantages will make it the inevitable tendency of the development of nondestructive testing industry, issues above were introduced in this paper.
