实验以甘蔗糖厂滤泥为原料,在单因素实验基础上确定正交试验因素及水平,采用正交试验对甘蔗糖厂滤泥中叶绿素的提取工艺进行研究,确定利用超声波辅助法提取甘蔗糖厂滤泥中叶绿素的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:各因素对叶绿素提取量的影响程度依次为超声功率>超声时间>料液比;当料液比1∶30(g/mL)、超声时间20 min、超声功率800 W时,叶绿素的提取量最高,最终测定叶绿素的提取量为0.236 mg/g。

In this experiment,filter mud from sugar cane mill is used as material.Orthogonal test factors and levels are determined on the basis of single factor experiment.Study extraction for chlorophyll from filter mud in sugar cane mill by orthogonal experiment.The optimum extraction parameters for chlorophyll from filter mud in sugar cane mill by ultrasonic assisted extraction are confirmed.The result shows that the order of sig-nificant factors of chlorophyll extraction yield is ultrasonic power>ultrasonic time>solid-liquid ratio.The highest extraction yield of chlorophyll is 0.236 mg/g,which is obtained as solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶30 (g/mL),ultrasonic time of 20 min and ultrasonic power of 800 W.
