升陷汤出自清末民初著名中西汇通派医家张锡纯的《医学衷中参西录》，方由黄芪、知母、柴胡、桔梗、升麻五味药组成，主要治疗大气下陷之证。文章通过具体案例分析，从中可以体会如能够把握病机，升陷汤在内科疑难杂病中能够使患者病情缓解，扭转病势，由逆转顺。

Professor JIANG Liangduo is a famous Chinese medicine clinician, who is working in Dongzhimen hospital, Beijing university of Chinese medicine, he is good at treating intractable diseases. Sheng xiantang is one of the prescription that often used. Sheng xiantang was derived from<Yi xue zhong zhong can xi lu>, Zhang Xichun in qing dynasty,which including Huangqi, Zhimu Chaihu, Jiegeng, Shengma ifve TCM, the main treatment is subsidence of the atmosphere. The author sum up the experiences of Professor JIANG Liangduo using this prescription to treat miscellaneous disease.
