主齿轮箱是某船重要动力设备,需要对其进行经常性监测。测量了某船1#和2#主齿轮箱的振动加速度信号,比较了两齿轮箱振动信号的时间历程曲线和频谱,发现2#齿轮箱频谱最大幅值约为1#齿轮箱的2.5倍,而且该谱值对应的频率接近于啮合频率。在啮合频率附近对所测信号进行了带通滤波,对滤波后的窄带信号进行了Hilbert变换,得到了该窄带信号的包络。两齿轮箱的包络信号差异明显,1#齿轮箱包络信号的频谱频率成分丰富,而2#齿轮箱包络信号的频谱具有突出的单一频率成分。结果表明2#齿轮箱存在轻微的故障。而油液分析的结果也表明,2#齿轮箱的磨损大于1#齿轮箱,说明了采用的振动分析方法的合理性。

Main gear boxes are key power equipments to a ship and are monitored frequently. Vibration acceleration signals of main gear box No.1 and No.2 were measured. Time history and spectrum of vibration signal was compared to each other. Max spectrum amplitude of acceleration of gear box No.2 is 2.5 times to the one of gear box No.1.The corresponding frequency of max spectrum amplitude is mating frequency. Acceleration signal was band-pass filtered and mating frequency is the center frequency of the filter. Hilbert transformation was applied to filtered signal and envelope of filtered signal was acquired. The envelopes of filtered signals of two gearboxes are different apparently. There are a few of frequency components in spectrum of envelope of gearbox No.1 and no one is significant. There is a significant frequency component in envelope of gearbox No.2. It shows that there is initial failure in gear box No.2. Oil analysis result indicates that wearing of gear box No.2 is greater than the one of gear box No.1. The vibration signal analysis method is reasonable.
