对独立PLC控制的设备进行联网组成自动生产线时,要解决各信息孤岛相互间无法通讯互联的问题,在多台加工设备中,增加全自动上下料的机械手及运输设备,用自带网络接口的GUC控制器作主站,设备原有PLC增加以太网接口模块,作为一个节点通过网络集线设备提供的TCP/IP网络接口连入到局域以太网中,每个控制器获得分配一个固定的IP地址,实施主从模式网络控制;并针对生产线加工设备有多种可能的联网工作方式,提出与之适应的几种柔性网络控制结构,实现各设备即可集中参数控制又可单独运行控制的要求。以一种木工机械封边生产线设备系统设计为例证。

for the independent PLC control equipment networked to form an automatic production line,it has to solve the problem of the inability to communicate between various information silos interconnected. In a variety of processing equipment,using the GUC controller comes with the network interface as master, the PLC of original equipment to add Ethernet interface module, as a node through the network hub equipment provided by the TCP/IP network interface connected to the Ethernet LAN. Each controller gets assigned a fixed IP address,the implementation of the control of master-slave mode network,there may be many possible networking ways for working and processing equipment of a production line, design with the adaptation of several flexibility network control structure, to achieve each device can focus on parameter control also can be run separately to control requirements. The system design for woodworking machinery edge production line equipment as a example.
