高凝油井由于产液粘度高,不易进行正常抽汲,录取资料比较困难。采用电加热方式解决了高凝油井的试油测试难题。根据传热学原理,对高凝油井试油测试中加热电缆的功率及工作制度等工艺参数进行计算设计,用于指导江苏油田高凝油井的试油测试,经现场应用井证明,根据此方法设计的加热电缆功率及工作制度准确可靠。

It is difficult to test for high pour point oil due to its high viscosity.Electrical heating was adopted to resolve this problem in Jiangsu Oilfield.According to heat transfer theory,the power of heating cable and working parameters were calculated to guide the high pour point oil testing in Jiangsu Oilfield.It is proved that the power of heating cable and work-ing parameters designed by the method is accurate and reliable,and good effect was obtained in field applications.
