目的探讨胎儿透明隔腔缺失在诊断胎儿颅内病变中的价值.方法回顾性分析我院产前超声诊断胎儿透明隔腔消失的病例共46例及2415例正常胎儿的超声资料,均常规观察透明隔腔,总结其声像图特点,并与产后超声或引产后追踪结果对照.结果 46例超声筛查胎儿透明隔腔消失,其中全前脑21例,胼胝体发育不良8例,重度脑积水17例,而正常对照组透明隔腔均可显示.结论透明隔腔消失能为颅内病变提供有价值的诊断线索,特别是对叶状全前脑及胼胝体发育不良超声难以获得直接声像时,提供间接声像辅助诊断,具有重要临床价值.

Objective To investigate the value of fetal cavity septum pellucidum absence in diagnosing fetal intracranial lesions.Methods The data of 46 fetuses with fetal cavity septum pellucidum absence diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound and 2415 normal fetuses were retrospectively analyzed.The cavities of septum pellucidum in all fetuses were routinely observed.The sonographic characteristics were summarized and were compared with the postnatal ultrasound.Results Among the 46 fetuses with fetal cavum septum pellucidum absence,21 got entire forebrain,8 agenesis of the corpus callosum,17 severe hydrocephalus.The cavity of septum pellucidum in the normal fetuses could all be displayed.Conclusions Cavity of septum pellucidum absence can provide valuable clues for diagnosing intracranial lesions,especially agenesis of corpus callosum whose direct sonography is difficult to get by ultrasound.It has important clinical value.
