目的 建立测定酮康唑曲安奈德乳膏中酮康唑含量的方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shimpack VP-ODSC 18,流动相为甲醇:pH 6.8磷酸盐缓冲液(80:20),流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为254 nm.结果 酮康唑检测质量浓度线性范围为19.34～116.10 μg·ml-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率=100.29％,RSD=0.26％.结论 本法专属性好、准确、灵敏,可用于控制酮康唑曲安奈德乳膏的质量.

목적 건립측정동강서곡안내덕유고중동강서함량적방법.방법 채용고효액상색보법,색보주위Shimpack VP-ODSC 18,류동상위갑순:pH 6.8린산염완충액(80:20),류속위1.0ml·min-1,검측파장위254 nm.결과 동강서검측질량농도선성범위위19.34～116.10 μg·ml-1(r=0.9999),평균회수솔=100.29％,RSD=0.26％.결론 본법전속성호、준학、령민,가용우공제동강서곡안내덕유고적질량.
Objective To establish a method for determining the ketoconazole in ketoconazole and triamcinolone acetonide cream.Methods HPLC was adopted.The determination was performed on Shimpack VP-ODS C18 under the following conditions:the mobile phase was methanol and pH 6.8 phosphate buffer (80:20) ; the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1; and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results The calibration curve of ketoconazole was linear within the concentration range of 19.34 ～ 116.10 μg · ml-1 (r=0.9999),with an average recovery rate of 100.29％(RSD=0.26％).Conclusions This method is specific,accurate,and sensitive and can be used to control the quality of ketoconazole and triamcinolone acetonide cream.
