目的:建立HPLC法测定二甲基苯胺的同分异构体.方法:运用高效液相色谱法梯度洗脱对二甲基苯胺的同分异构体的各个含量进行测定.结果:二甲基苯胺的同分异构体分离良好.2,6-二甲基苯胺、2,3-二甲基苯胺、2,5-二甲苯胺、3,5-二甲基苯胺、2,4-二甲基苯胺,在0.003~2.49μg,0.003~2.50μg,0.002~2.55μg,0.003~2.52μg,0.003~2.51μg,范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);该同分异构体最低检测限分别为0.61,0.23,0.41,0.22,0.23ng;定量限分别为1.3,0.8,1.5,0.5,0.8 ng.结论:该方法简便准确,可靠,重现性好,方法可行.
