针对 H88区块腐蚀结垢较为严重的现状,进行采、注系统水环境理化指标和微生物种群数量分析,并在此基础上开展室内生物反硝化抑制 SRB(硫酸盐还原菌)的可行性研究。结果表明,SRB 和硫化物是引起 H88区块腐蚀结垢严重的主要因素,从 H88区块油井采出水中可以筛选到内源反硝化细菌(命名为 JS13-1,粘质沙雷菌),生物刺激可以改变采出水微生物群落结构,刺激反硝化细菌的生长。
針對 H88區塊腐蝕結垢較為嚴重的現狀,進行採、註繫統水環境理化指標和微生物種群數量分析,併在此基礎上開展室內生物反硝化抑製 SRB(硫痠鹽還原菌)的可行性研究。結果錶明,SRB 和硫化物是引起 H88區塊腐蝕結垢嚴重的主要因素,從 H88區塊油井採齣水中可以篩選到內源反硝化細菌(命名為 JS13-1,粘質沙雷菌),生物刺激可以改變採齣水微生物群落結構,刺激反硝化細菌的生長。
침대 H88구괴부식결구교위엄중적현상,진행채、주계통수배경이화지표화미생물충군수량분석,병재차기출상개전실내생물반초화억제 SRB(류산염환원균)적가행성연구。결과표명,SRB 화류화물시인기 H88구괴부식결구엄중적주요인소,종 H88구괴유정채출수중가이사선도내원반초화세균(명명위 JS13-1,점질사뢰균),생물자격가이개변채출수미생물군락결구,자격반초화세균적생장。
In views of serious corrosion and scaling of Huang88 area,it was carried out to analyze water physicochemi-cal data and microbial populations of the injection -production system.On the basis of above analysis,a feasibility study of biological corrosion protection was implemented in Huang -88 area of Jiangsu Oilfield.The results showed that the severe corrosion and scaling of Huang88 area was caused by SRB and sulfide mainly,and the indigenous denitrifying bacteria (named as JS13 -1,serratia marcescens)could be isolated from Huang88 area.Therefore,the biostimulation method can change the produced water microbial community structure,and stimulate the denitrifying bacteria growth.
