通过Reimer-Tieman反应将荧光素甲酰化得到中间体醛基荧光素( L2),再与邻氨基苯酚缩合,得到荧光素醛缩邻氨基苯酚( L1)。研究了L1、L2及L1与金属离子Co2+,Ni2+, Cu2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+,Fe3+和Mg2+形成的络合物的荧光性质。实验结果表明:相对于 Co2+, Ni2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+,Fe3+和Mg2+,L1对Cu2+具有更好的选择性。

통과Reimer-Tieman반응장형광소갑선화득도중간체철기형광소( L2),재여린안기분분축합,득도형광소철축린안기분분( L1)。연구료L1、L2급L1여금속리자Co2+,Ni2+, Cu2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+,Fe3+화Mg2+형성적락합물적형광성질。실험결과표명:상대우 Co2+, Ni2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+,Fe3+화Mg2+,L1대Cu2+구유경호적선택성。
A novel fluorescent compound ( L1 ) was synthesized by Reimer-Tieman reaction of fluorescein and further coupling reaction with o-hydroxyaniline.The fluorescence properties of compounds L1, L2 and the complexes from L1 with Co2+,Ni2+,Cu2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+,Fe3+and Mg2+metal ions were investi-gated.Preliminary results indicate the better selectivity of L1 toward Cu2+compared with Co2+,Ni2+,Zn2+, Cd2+,Hg2+,Fe3+ and Mg2+ ions.
