目的:探讨碳酸锂服用时间对双向障碍患者甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法:选取双向障碍患者37例,采用化学发光法分别测定其服用碳酸锂初期和服药后6个月、12个月、18个月后的甲状腺激素水平并作统计。结果:患者组治疗后6个月的T4水平明显低于冶疗初期的浓度(P<0.01), TSH水平明显高于冶疗初期的浓度(P<0.05);治疗后12个月的T3、T4水平明显低于冶疗初期的浓度(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后18个月的T3、T4水平明显低于冶疗初期的浓度(P<0.01), TSH水平明显高于冶疗初期的浓度(P<0.05).患者组治疗后6个月、12个月、18个月之间两两相比较结果无显著性差异。37例锂盐治疗的患者中发生甲状腺功能减退发生率为21.6%。结论:锂盐服用后对双向障碍患者甲状腺功能有明显的影响。

목적:탐토탄산리복용시간대쌍향장애환자갑상선격소수평적영향。방법:선취쌍향장애환자37례,채용화학발광법분별측정기복용탄산리초기화복약후6개월、12개월、18개월후적갑상선격소수평병작통계。결과:환자조치료후6개월적T4수평명현저우야료초기적농도(P<0.01), TSH수평명현고우야료초기적농도(P<0.05);치료후12개월적T3、T4수평명현저우야료초기적농도(P<0.05혹P<0.01);치료후18개월적T3、T4수평명현저우야료초기적농도(P<0.01), TSH수평명현고우야료초기적농도(P<0.05).환자조치료후6개월、12개월、18개월지간량량상비교결과무현저성차이。37례리염치료적환자중발생갑상선공능감퇴발생솔위21.6%。결론:리염복용후대쌍향장애환자갑상선공능유명현적영향。
Objective:To study the effect of the taking time of lithium carbonate on thyroid function of patients with bipolar disorders. Methods:Select 37 cases of bipolar disorder, using chemiluminescence method to determine respectively their thyroid hormone levels from the beginning of taking lithium carbonate and six months, twelve months, eighteen months after medication, then do the statistical analysis.Results:The T4 levels of the patients who receive a six-month-long treatment were significantly lower than the concentrations in the treatment of early stages (P<0.01), however, TSH levels were significantly higher than the concentrations in the treatment of early stages (P<0.05); After a twelve-month-long treatment, T3, T4 levels were significantly lower than the concentrations in the treatment of early stages (P<0.05orP<0.01);The T3 and T4 levels of the patients who receive an eighteen-month-treatment were significantly lower than the concentrations in the treatment of early stages (P<0.01), however, TSH levels were significantly higher than the concentrations in the treatment of early stages (P<0.05); By pairwise comparison, after six, twelve, eighteen months of treatment, the results showed no significant differences. The rate of 37 cases of patients who later developed hypothyroidism treated with lithium is 21.6%. Conclusions:Taking lithium has a significant impact on thyroid function of patients with bipolar disorder.
