本文针对数控实践课程的具体情况，从提高教学质量和提升学生综合能力出发，将导生制模式引入实践课程教学，就导生制的发展和导生的选拔、培养和使用等方面进行阐述，发挥导生的教学辅助作用，确保导生制的正常开展和教学目标的实现。最后对导生制的应用做出评价和展望。

According to the specific cases of CNC teaching, aiming to improve teaching quality and en-hance students' comprehensive ability, this paper discusses the introduction of the monitorial system into CNC Teaching. Selection, training of monitors is probed into. This paper suggests that Monitorial system shall be brought into full play so as to assist teaching and ensure the implementation of teaching goal. Finally, this paper also gives an evaluation of Monitorial system and discusses its prospect.
