针对连续加热炉,先建立段法模型,通过改变表面段规格寻找准确解,并以该结果为基准衡量三元模型。而在三元模型下,通过考察模型段和炉气黑度变化,寻找温度场的变化规律,最终得到三元模型的合理解。

Aim to the reheating furnace the zonal method is developed .The exact solution is solved by changing the zone size.Then using the solution as a criterion to measure the ternary mode .In the other hand, based on the ternary model , the changes of model zones and gas emissivity values are inspected for searching the regulation of temperature zone changing .Finally, the accurate solution for ternary model is obtained .
