为降低烧结过程中固体燃料的成本,在实验室系统研究了不同煤焦配比对烧结过程及烧结矿冶金性能的影响规律及机理。结果表明,在恒容低位发热值相等的条件下,烧结固体燃料中煤焦配比在7∶3左右比较合理。

In order to reduce the solid fuel cost of sintering process , the effect and mechanism of pro-portion of coal and coke on metallurgical properties of sinter were studied systematically in laboratory . The results show that under the condition of equal net calorific value at constant volume , the reasonable proportion of coal and coke in sintering solid fuel structure is 7∶3.
