针对重庆南川地区A/S 7.5以上选矿精矿进行溶出实验,研究了相关的工艺参数对溶出过程的影响。结果表明:在配料αk为1.45、溶出温度260℃、溶出时间80 min、CaO添加量为矿石量的6%、溶出碱浓度为220 g/L的最优条件下进行溶出实验,氧化铝的平均溶出率达到86%以上,相对溶出率达到99%以上。

침대중경남천지구A/S 7.5이상선광정광진행용출실험,연구료상관적공예삼수대용출과정적영향。결과표명:재배료αk위1.45、용출온도260℃、용출시간80 min、CaO첨가량위광석량적6%、용출감농도위220 g/L적최우조건하진행용출실험,양화려적평균용출솔체도86%이상,상대용출솔체도99%이상。
Digestion test was conducted for the concentrate with A/S greater than 7. 5 from the flotation of bauxite mineral in Chongqing, for investigating effects of related parameters on the digestion process. Results showed that the following optimum experimental conditions, that is, being digested at the temperature of 260℃ for 80 minutes, withαk of 1.45, addition of CaO accounting for 6% of the ore and Nk around 220 g/L, led to an average digestion rate of alumina above 86% and the relative digestion rate more than 99%.
