从生命哲学的角度审视教师评价,是教师评价研究的新视域,也是时代的召唤。生命维度观照下的教师评价是一项系统工程,需要坚持评价目的的生命价值导向、评价标准的动态生成性、评价实施的对话、建构过程、评价结果的发展性解释与应用。教师评价需要走理论和实践相结合的道路,在思想上,坚持生命教育理念,坚持“生命发展”的评价理念,树立“以人为本”的教师观;在实践中,让教师参与评价,构建和谐、自由的评价氛围,建立既有基本底线又有较高要求的评价标准,使教师评价立足于教师生命存在,追求教师生命质量的提高和生命价值的实现。

Examining the teacher evaluation from the perspective of life philosophy , it is a new horizon of teacher evaluation research . Hence the life orientation of the teacher evaluation is a kind of systematic project , which needs to have the life value orientation as its evaluation purpose , the dynamic generative as the evaluation standard , the dialogue mechanism in the evaluation , construction process , the developmental interpretation and application of the evaluation results .It is required to combine theories with practice in the teacher evaluation.In the thinking, we should adhere to the concept of life education , of life development evaluation and people-oriented;in practice, it should be permitted to let the teacher participate in the evaluation , construct a free and harmonious evaluation atmosphere , establish evaluation standards that consist of both a basic bottom line and higher requirements .As a result, the following purposes could be achieved ,making the teacher evaluation based on life existence , pursuing the improvement of teacher's life quality and the re-alizing teacher's life value.
