大阳煤矿3204工作面位于二采区背斜南翼,煤层倾角平均为15°,最大为25°,是典型的大倾角双斜工作面。在回采过程中通过保证采煤机及液压支架的稳定性防止了其倾倒、侧翻事故的发生。同时通过加强工作面煤壁、顶板管理,保证支架、单体支柱初撑力,以及对破碎煤体注射玛丽散提高了煤体的整体性,减少了煤壁片帮、冒顶事故的发生。通过工作面调斜减小了支架发生倾倒及刮板输送机向进风顺槽打滑下串的可能。最后在回撤设备时因地制宜的利用了底板的自然坡度,以及通过撤架通道支架的护帮板来平衡被拖移支架的侧向下滑力,确保了支架的顺利回撤。通过对3204大倾角双斜工作面的成功回采,不仅为本矿类似工作面的开采打下了很多好的基础,同时也为其他矿井双斜工作面的安全开采提供了借鉴。
