本文以A矿主提升大倾角带式输送机作为研究对象，针对其大运量、大倾角、高带强的特点，进行了专门的设计。论文首先提出了通过减少托辊底部输送带的弯曲半径来增大导来摩擦系数，进而提高输送机的倾角的方案，接着确定了“深槽四托辊组”的布置形式和参数，之后通过对比分析确定了采用两台带式输送机前后直接搭接的布置方式，最后对输送机所需的各类装置进行了选型设计。本文所述内容可以为此方面的相关理论研究和工程应用提供参考。
