本文以A矿主提升大倾角带式输送机作为研究对象,针对其大运量、大倾角、高带强的特点,进行了专门的设计。论文首先提出了通过减少托辊底部输送带的弯曲半径来增大导来摩擦系数,进而提高输送机的倾角的方案,接着确定了“深槽四托辊组”的布置形式和参数,之后通过对比分析确定了采用两台带式输送机前后直接搭接的布置方式,最后对输送机所需的各类装置进行了选型设计。本文所述内容可以为此方面的相关理论研究和工程应用提供参考。

Based on the A mine lifting belt conveyor with large inclination as the research object, for its large volume, large angle, high with strong characteristic, the paper carries on the special design. It also puts forward by reducing roller conveyor belt at the bottom of the bending radius to guide to increase friction coefficient, and then improve the conveyor angle scheme, then determine the"deep groove four roller group"the layout and parameters, then through the comparative analysis of the arrangement of two belt conveyor directly after lap at the end of the conveyor, various types of equipment required for the selection of design. The contents of the paper can provide reference for the relevant the-oretical research and engineering application.
