分析人工纳米材料潜在的环境与生态安全问题,介绍人工纳米材料在水体中的环境行为、人工纳米材料对水生生物的毒性效应的研究现状。针对当前研究的不足,提出应开展不同水动力条件下人工纳米材料环境行为和生物效应影响研究方面研究,揭示水动力作用对人工纳米材料在水体中环境行为和生物效应的影响机理,建立“水动力条件-人工纳米材料环境行为-生物毒性效应”之间的耦合关系,探寻水体中利于降低人工纳米材料生物毒性的适宜水动力条件,为河湖水体中人工纳米材料污染防治提供科学依据。
分析人工納米材料潛在的環境與生態安全問題,介紹人工納米材料在水體中的環境行為、人工納米材料對水生生物的毒性效應的研究現狀。針對噹前研究的不足,提齣應開展不同水動力條件下人工納米材料環境行為和生物效應影響研究方麵研究,揭示水動力作用對人工納米材料在水體中環境行為和生物效應的影響機理,建立“水動力條件-人工納米材料環境行為-生物毒性效應”之間的耦閤關繫,探尋水體中利于降低人工納米材料生物毒性的適宜水動力條件,為河湖水體中人工納米材料汙染防治提供科學依據。

Potential environmental and ecological safety problems of manufactured nanomaterials are analyzed, and current research on environmental behaviors of manufactured nanomaterials in natural waters and their toxic effects on aquatic organisms are introduced in this paper. To overcome the shortages of current research, studies should be focused on environmental behaviors and biological effects of manufactured nanomaterials in different hydrodynamic conditions, in order to reveal the impact mechanism of hydrodynamic conditions on environmental behaviors and biological effects of manufactured nanomaterials in flowing waters. The relationships between hydrodynamic conditions, environmental behaviors of manufactured nanomaterials, and toxic effects of manufactured nanomaterials are established to investigate the suitable hydrodynamic conditions for reducing the manufactured nanomaterials'bio-toxicity in flowing waters, providing a scientific basis for pollution control of manufactured nanomaterials in rivers and lakes.
