杨梅采后极易受到病原菌的侵染,使果实容易腐烂变质而失去食用价值,对杨梅的生产造成重大的经济损失。近年来随着我国杨梅种植的扩大,杨梅采后病害的控制成为关键问题。本文阐述了几种主要的杨梅采后病害,并从物理途径、化学途径、生物途径等方面对采后病害的控制进行了综述,为杨梅的采后保鲜提供了实际依据。

Post-harvest Chinese bayberry is easily infected by pathogenic bacteria, inducing the fruit decay and the decline in edible value which leads to significant economic loss. With the expansion of Chinese bayberry cultivation, keeping the fruits free from pathogenic infections has become the bottleneck problem. This paper describes main types of diseases and summarizes control measures in terms of physical, chemical and biological approaches, which provides a practical basis for the preservation of Chinese bayberry.
