针对矿井摩擦提升机高速恶性滑动工况,以准确获得摩擦提升机摩擦衬垫的热-应力场为目的,选用常用摩擦衬垫G为研究对象,在热机械分析仪(ZRPY-300)上开展研究,分析了不同压力(0~10 N)和温升速率(1~5℃/min)对摩擦衬垫线膨胀系数的影响规律。研究结果表明:在一定压力和温升速率下,随着温度的升高,衬垫线膨胀系数逐渐增加,当温度升至120℃时,曲线发生转折并呈现逐渐减小的趋势;当达到195℃左右时,曲线发生第2次转折,出现了再次增加的现象;在温升速率一定时,压力越大,对其曲线变化的影响越明显;当压力一定时,温升速率的变化对其曲线的影响较为复杂。最后,通过多元回归的拟合,得到线膨胀系数、温升速率及压力间的定量关系,可为高性能衬垫的研究提供一定的基础数据。

In view of the serious high speed slide of a mining friction hoist ,aiming at calculating the lining's thermo-stress accurately ,the most commonly used lining G was studied on thermal mechanical analyzer(ZRPY-300) ,and the effect of load(0-10 N) and heating rate(1-5 ℃/min) on coefficient of linear expansion were analyzed .Experimental results show that the coefficient of linear expansion increases with the temperature increasing under the certain load and heating rate ,and w hen the temperature reaches to 120 ℃ ,the curve occurres transition and then decrea-ses gradually .When the temperature reaches to 195 ℃ ,the curve occurres the second transition and then increases again .The coefficient of linear expansion is obviously with the load increasing under a certain heating rate ,and the coefficient of linear expansion is complexity with the heating rate increasing under a certain load .Finally the fitting equation is obtained by the multiple re-gression analysis .Based on this study ,the experiment results can supply the basic data for the design of high-performance lining .
