本文从生态文明的内涵与特点为切入点，以和田地区生态环境为例，阐述了西部地区由于过度开垦和超载放牧，导致森林面积大幅度减少、农田荒芜、草场退化、植被锐减，使本已十分脆弱的生态环境雪上加霜，整个西部地区的生态环境已超过了生态安全的警戒线，严重制约了当地经济发展的现状。为此，提出用法律生态化理念，完善我国环境立法体系，旨在解决环境恶化问题。

In this paper , starting from the connotation and characteristic of ecological civilization , ecological environment in hotan area as an example , this paper expounds the western region due to excessive reclamation and overgrazing , and lead to forest area is greatly reduced , farmland barren , pasture degradation , vegetation , compounded the already fragile ecological environment , the whole western region's ecological environment has been more than the ecological security cordon , severely restricts the development of local economy .For this, put forward the legal ecological idea , perfect our environmental legislation system , aimed at solving the prob-lem of environmental degradation .
