以叶尔羌河流域作为研究对象,基于WEAP,建立叶尔羌河流域水资源优化配置模型,以社会、经济、生态环境的协调发展为目标,综合考虑扩大灌溉面积、建成山区水库、废弃部分平原水库、改变种植结构以及灌区节水、人口增长、生产发展速度等要素,模拟分析工业低增长和强化节水、工业高增长和强化节水、工业低增长和适度节水以及工业高增长和适度节水4种方案在不同规划水平年、不同来水频率下的水资源配置结果,采用综合效益满意度法确定了叶尔羌河流域的最优发展方案为工业高增长和强化节水方案,为叶尔羌河流域水资源的可持续利用提供科学依据。
以葉爾羌河流域作為研究對象,基于WEAP,建立葉爾羌河流域水資源優化配置模型,以社會、經濟、生態環境的協調髮展為目標,綜閤攷慮擴大灌溉麵積、建成山區水庫、廢棄部分平原水庫、改變種植結構以及灌區節水、人口增長、生產髮展速度等要素,模擬分析工業低增長和彊化節水、工業高增長和彊化節水、工業低增長和適度節水以及工業高增長和適度節水4種方案在不同規劃水平年、不同來水頻率下的水資源配置結果,採用綜閤效益滿意度法確定瞭葉爾羌河流域的最優髮展方案為工業高增長和彊化節水方案,為葉爾羌河流域水資源的可持續利用提供科學依據。

A model for optimized allocation of water resources in the Yarkand River Basin was established based on the WEAP ( water evaluation and planning system) model. For coordinated development of the society, economy, and eco-environment, four schemes were designed for simulating the results of the allocation of water resources with different frequencies of runoff in different target years, with full consideration of the expansion of the irrigation area, the construction of mountain reservoirs, the abandoned part of plain reservoirs, the change in planting structure, water-saving programs in irrigation areas, population growth, and the development of production. These schemes consider four scenarios: slow growth of industry and enhancement of water saving, rapid growth of industry and enhancement of water saving, slow growth of industry and moderate water saving, and rapid growth of industry and moderate water saving. The overall satisfaction degree method was used to determine the optimum scheme, that is, the scheme of rapid growth of industry and enhancement of water saving, which provides a scientific basis for sustainable development of the water resources in the Yarkand River Basin.
