建立了超声振动辅助电火花复合加工的物理模型,运用ANSYS软件对45号钢进行温度场模拟分析。分析得出功率密度、峰值电流和脉宽对凹坑形貌的影响规律。并通过试验采集数据,运用Matlab绘制图像分析验证,发现与理论结果基本保持一致。

The physical model of the ultrasonic vibration assisted electric discharge machine (EDM)compound machining of work was established,and by using finite element software ANSYS,the temperature field simulation analysis was carried out on the 45 steel.The rules of influence on pit appearance were analyzed and obtained by the power density,peak current and pulse width. Through the test collected data,by the verification of Matlab software to render the image analysis,it is found that the theory results are basically in consistent.
