目的：制定系列化孕期持续正性干预的护理措施，并与未实行全程正性干预的回顾性病例作对比研究，观察并分析其在降低非必须性剖宫产率的作用。方法选取2009年1月～2012年12月在广东省东莞康华医院住院分娩的产妇2000例，随机分为对照组（不干预组）和观察组（正性持续全程护理干预组），每组1000例产妇。通过对比研究，分析其在降低非必须性剖宫产率中的作用。结果对照组非必须剖宫产率为43%，观察组非必须剖宫产率为18%。结论孕期持续全程正性护理干预，可以让孕妇认识自然分娩的好处，增强自然分娩的信心，消除对分娩的紧张、恐惧及分娩的误区，从容面对自然分娩，同时减轻分娩引起的产痛，降低胎方位异常的发生率，有效降低非必须剖宫产率。

목적：제정계렬화잉기지속정성간예적호리조시，병여미실행전정정성간예적회고성병례작대비연구，관찰병분석기재강저비필수성부궁산솔적작용。방법선취2009년1월～2012년12월재광동성동완강화의원주원분면적산부2000례，수궤분위대조조（불간예조）화관찰조（정성지속전정호리간예조），매조1000례산부。통과대비연구，분석기재강저비필수성부궁산솔중적작용。결과대조조비필수부궁산솔위43%，관찰조비필수부궁산솔위18%。결론잉기지속전정정성호리간예，가이양잉부인식자연분면적호처，증강자연분면적신심，소제대분면적긴장、공구급분면적오구，종용면대자연분면，동시감경분면인기적산통，강저태방위이상적발생솔，유효강저비필수부궁산솔。
Objective Formulate nursing measures of continuous positive intervention during pregnancy,and not the STD cases full positive intervention study,analysis of the reduced to the rate of cesarean section to the role and compare. Methods A retrospective study was carried out in our hospital from 2009 January through 2012 December to women,Random selection without medical indication of cesarean section parturients,a total of 2700 women,not the intervention group,continuous intervention group and intervention group continued,each of the 900 mothers.Through the comparison of the three sets of data,in the analysis of non must reduce cesarean section rate. Results The control group was 43%non-essential caesarean section the obsorvation group was 18%non-essential caesrean section. Conclusion Not to harm of increasing cesarean section rate has become the new difficulties and social problems in clinical work,to reduce social factors as indication of cesarean section rate be imperative.Through the pregnancy continued the positive nursing intervention,can let the women know the benefits of natural childbirth,to enhance the natural childbirth confidence,and her husband and family support.The elimination of labor tension,fear and misunderstanding of childbirth,calm in the face of natural childbirth,at the same time to reduce delivery caused by pain and reduce the incidence of abnormal fetal position,effectively reduce unnecessary cesarean section.
